Tutorial to convert existing product to multiple options

This tutorial covers the steps involved to convert an existing Shopify product to a product that has multiple options. Please refer to Product Options Liquid Tutorial on steps to modifying your shop theme to support multiple drop down selectors.
Converting from Single Option Product to Multiple Option Product
In this example, I want to convert my Prints, which have two variants (11x14 and 16x20), to have the following two options: Print Size and Paper Type.
Click on the 'Edit' link of an existing product for which you wish to add product options to, as shown in the screenshot below.
You can rename the first default Option from 'Title' to 'Print Size' by typing new value under Option Name.
You can add another Option by selecting the "Add Another Option" link. You can then either select one of the pre-defined Option Names, or create a new one. Be sure to add a Option Value, which will be used to fill in all existing variants with that value.
A few notes to remember:
- Option Names must be unique with a product.
- Adding a new Option, you must also supply an Option Value which will be applied to all existing variants
- You can have up 3 Options for any given product.
Once you click on 'Update', your product will now have multiple options!
You'll notice that the Properties section lists the two Product Options, with a list of all possible values for the given Option. As well, the inventory table header shows all the product option names.
To easily duplicate variants in another Option type, select variants of all one type (ie: all the 'Matte' paper type) and select 'duplicate products in another Paper Type' option, as shown below.
Shopify will then duplicate all selected variants, but change the Option "Paper Type" to 'matte', as shown below.
