Money without currency

This filter takes a the price of a variant or product and adds the descriptor to it.
Example:
{{ variant.price | money_without_currency }}
If the variant's price were let's say "$27.00" and you didn't run it through a filter, it would be displayed as 2700. Using the money_without_currency filter it would then be displayed as 27.00.
For items over $1,000 the comma separator is removed with the "money_without_currency" filter. For instance, an item costing $2,500 would be displayed as 2500.00. Currently, there is no filter available to remove the currency symbol but retain the comma separator.
Using money_with_currency would display the price as $27.00 USD, while using Using money would display the price as $27.00.
