Saving product CSVs as UTF-8

Before you can import your CSV files into Shopify they must first be saved as UTF-8 Encoding format.

Some spreadsheet programs let you choose the encoding format when saving the file, but some do not.

You can use the open source program OpenOffice to easily convert your .csv files into UTF-8 encoding format.

Once the file is saved as UTF-8 you are now ready to Import the CSV file into your Shopify store!
